From 100% Zakynthino, a rare variety of the Ioanian islands, at the border of extinction. Bright golden-yellow colour, complex floral notes with citrus and stone fruit flavours. Full mouth feel, refreshing acidity and a long citrusy finish. Ideal with white meat in lemon-based sauces, fatty grilled fish, and fried dishes.
