From 100% Savvatiano, indigenous variety of the Attica region. A fresh wine produced by careful hand selection of grapes and controlled fermentation at 17oC. Pale lemon colour, intense aromas of citrus and white melon, good acidity and satisfactory palate with prevalent citrus character, as well as botanical and white pepper tones.
