Glinavos Aspra Homata, 2014, 12.50% ABV, Epirus
From the Greek varieties Malagousia and Debina which are grown in the Domaine's own vineyards "White Soils" (Malagouzia) and the hill of "Prophet Elias" in Zitsa (Debina), located at an altitude of 500 and 700 meters respectively. The continental climate of the region, characterized by mild winters and cool summers, proves ideal for the cultivation of these two varieties and renders delicate flavours of exotic fruits to the wine. Colour: Pearled with greenish nuances. Nose: Aromas of fresh peach, pineapple, mango, melon, citron and hints of white tea. Mouth: Delicate with balanced acidity and interesting exotic note. Debina's characteristic minerality is present.
