The Kardasis ouzo is produced according to the family's recipe. The components of this recipe are the combination of the right proportion of aromatic seeds and herbs.The extract of upper quality of seeds and herbs is distilled in a small copper still manufactured by Greek technicians in Istanbul.The distillation procedure is done really slowly. The extract is collected and after it is thinned out is stored in stainless tanks for a little time until the aromas are balanced.
