Epirus wines meet Sardinian Cheese, Charcuterie & Bottarga
Focus on the forgotten varieties of Epirus: Debina, Vlachico & Bekari. From the longest mountain range in Greece and a wine making tradition spanning over 250 years and commented on by Lord Byron come the wines of this evening. Can their acid vibrant, discreetly mineral and forest infused character pair with the deep flavoured cheese, charcuterie and bottarga of our partner Cappocaccia's produce? We have done the tests and we know the answer! Come and find out for yourselves but bear in mind, enjoyment is guaranteed!
